THIS IS NOT CONCIERGE SERVICE

THIS IS NOT CONCIERGE SERVICE

Dr. Mathur blew me off when I returned from overseas after 2 weeks in hospital.

I was in a London hospital for about 2 weeks. During this 2 weeks I sent doctor Mathur emails to keep her updated so, I could be treated immediately when I returned.

So, Dr,. Mathur took off January 29 and is never in the office on Mondays and works only a half a day on Fridays.

I limped home and arrived in the United States on January 28, 2026, and On January 29, 2026, Dr. Mathur informed me that she taking the day off on January 30. Yes, she really did. After 2 weeks of emails she tells me the day before I needed to see her, that she was taking the day off. For the second time during my short concierge period, she referred me to another doctor.

Unprofessional and lack of concern for my well-being.

I canceled my agreement with the office.
