Great Customer Service
Without an appointment, we were attended by Sebastian with great customer service. He was able to explain all our auto insurance questions and needs. As well as, provided different options. He spoke English very well, so that we felt comfortable with the process. We left the office, feeling that our car was fully insured and safe. We highly recommend Novamar Insurance in Puerto Vallarta.

Was not able to pay by visa from two…
Was not able to pay by visa from two separate banks, neither of the visas were put on security hold I phoned in and was able to pay over the phone, quite a bit of waisted time
