Technician arrived 4 hours later than scheduled and stayed for about 20 minutes. He briefly looked at the toilet and the outside of a pipe but did not do any repairs or mechanical inspection.
We were then charged around €900, including €522.50 for a “riool inspectie rapportage”. The report contained only a few photos and speculative possible causes. It also listed inspection methods that were not actually performed during the visit.
We later contacted another plumber who identified the real cause of the problem, which was not mentioned in the report (and fixed it for a fraction of the cost!).

If you also get scammed by this company, you can dispute questionable charges and file a complaint through ACM ConsuWijzer.

I have called specifically for the problem that is underground informing them that they need special equipment and asked if they are able to do what I wanted, they reassured me that they do, yet they have nothing. And zero qualified people. He came to walk around my garden tell me that I have a problem, which I knew it myself. Then asked me to sign the price for diagnostics and 30min work, walked again for 5 minutes said nothing new and charged me 285€, FOR A WALK IN MY GARDEN!! Ridiculous, useless and please everyone don’t book them!

I've should have read the reviews. Verbatim experience - 39 euro call out charge, and then a whopping 196 for "inspection" (never mentioned). What could you do? One get hyper aggressive and nasty, and we told him to take down a notch and then we realized we were being scammed. They did absolutely nothing. We kicked them out. They then faked a signature for what was supposed to be an estimate AFTER they left. I still cannot believe it. We lost 280 euros but after reading these horror stories, my heart goes out to those who got taken for worse. Caveat emptor! We won't let this dissuade from business in the Netherlands - these scammers are not Dutch.

I am the latest victim for these scammers. I am quite clueless about the harassment I went through. I had to pay 865 for replacing circuit breakers which would have been costed below 100. I don't know how government is allowing these scamming companies to exist. I called Prins Elektrisian and scammers from Nova Instaltie send me the invoice. After reading the reviews of other victims here I am little relieved that I am not alone and there are ways to seek legal help. As an expat I don't know much about how to take stringent legal action against these scammers, so they don't continue doing this with others. Someone may guide me further, if raising a police complaint will help?
