I bought a hair color from novahair canada. It give me not satisfectory results.as per company policy for returns, I send a message to company they replied me very first day. After this company send me a offer of free sample of Dark shade of shampoo and ask me to try that. After some days I recived the sample and use it . It is upto the mark results and i am happy now . service and quick response of company's is relly appericated.

After seeing several ads for Novahaircanada, I decided to give them a try. I will say that the customer service, from Sandra S specifically was spot on. Perfect. Put me right at ease when the product was stuck in limbo during the Canadian postal strike. She gave me options and put me at ease. The product itself is great! It takes care of my grey issues, in my beard as well. I do recommend wearing gloves all the time as the product will stain your hands. Covers the great wonderfully and with ease. I also reached out to Sandra with my issue that the 'black' was too dark and she again gave me options and made it right. Now I am going to try mixing the 'dark brown' with 'black' and that should get it right at my natural colour. I wholeheartedly recommend this product. Just make sure you buy the actual product, not the knock-off version (cheaper/amazon). You get what you pay for.
