Im asking for payout for 80 days now and sending a multiple request for payots and they don’t accept, they make only exuses, this message i get from them 100 times now : Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. I have passed it along to one of our trusted team members who will assist you as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that our team receives a high volume of inquiries every day, so it may take a while. However, please know that we are dedicated to resolving your issue as quickly as we can. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you.
And they think to wait 80 days is not patience or what, what to wait more? For eternity?

They are scamming people! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Worst propfirm there is!!! Stay away if you don’t want de be scammed!! Just found out that i hit my maximum DD when actually i didn’t so they closed my 200K with no valid reasons and the support isn’t responding to all my complaints for the past months since they moved to mantatrader and my positions couldn’t be closed while i was in profits!!!

Paid for a 50k funded account via ETH on trust wallet and my account is still pending after 1 month. I have emailed numerous times asking why my account is still pending and I only get replies from bots.

Do not use this prop firm it is literally one big scam and I have lost £380 which everytime I ask for a refund they message me saying they are investigating the problem which they clearly aren’t as I first purchased the funded account on 1st May and it’s now June.

Biggest scam, don’t use this company !!!!!!!

One more scam in the prop firm industry. They just make the first payouts to gain credibility and upscale the ponzi. Stay away from them.

Im satisfied with this prop firm. There are some problems with payouts delayed, but Im good with this.

sometimes broker dont allow trade with error 'broker is busy'.
sometime broker is hanging causing multiple trades open at the same time. it sucks

I already wrote a review where it had been almost 3 weeks since the payout reached me, now almost two months have passed, and I still haven't received anything, they always repeat that they sent the request for my payout to the payments section but nothing arrives, nothing arrives .
I'm here waiting again.

Guys you are posting on wrong novafunding....type "Nova Funding"...that is the correct trustpilot for them. Their ratings still good there because no one is seeing how much they scam people. Everyone needs to repost there.

Bad Prop Firm, it seems to be a scam
I requested my payout 18 days ago and this "prop firm" still doesn´t pay me. All what they say is please be patience and it has been a long time waiting. It´s hard to accept but i think i just lost my money all by this scam. My account is 5254115.

I'm waiting 3 payments (13k dollars) since 2 months ! Thanks for this scam

This is a scam company! I requested a refund last week and they are giving me the run around. I would hate to trade for them and make profit and then they dont pay me. They cant even refund me my own money!

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Novafunding. Despite receiving a confirmation email promising a payout within 30 minutes, it has been a staggering four days and still no sign of my funds in my crypto account. Despite my numerous attempts to seek assistance via email, I have been met with complete silence and disregard for my concerns. Even my requests for a transaction ID to track my funds have gone unanswered. This lack of communication and failure to deliver on their promises is not only frustrating but completely unacceptable. I was eagerly anticipating my payout, but this experience has left me thoroughly disillusioned. Until this matter is resolved satisfactorily, I cannot in good conscience recommend Novafunding, and this experience certainly does not warrant a single star rating from me.

I also provided Nova with a livetracking link for evidences that my funds aren’t arrived yet. But still no helpful answer.

If this issue will be resolved I will delete this review

Very poor service never received payout for 2weeks

I received an email 15 days ago , saying they didnt pay me because my wallet is from Kraken.
I sent them another email with a new wallet address.

15 days later, no answer.
more than 15 emails.

I can send all the screenshots needed. in truspilot i can upload screenshots

I did request my payout on January 23th, and I haven't receive any answer, or email confirmation, nothing, please help me

I requested my first payout and they refused to pay, they made up untrue unjustified lies about android IP addresses, avoid them like the plague

More than 25 day's without take any withdrawal
They gonna scamm all traders
I didn't recommend it to new trader because they didn't pay
