I've been using this site for many years and for the price, it's a bargain. I use it for downloading magazines and newspapers, it's fast, easy, and reliable. The only problem I have had is because I travel a lot, sometimes it thinks I'm sharing my login and locks me out. Contrary to some other reviews I email support and, generally I'm up again the same day.

Only problems: If your IP changes, they will desactivate it. No support emails, no contact. The only way is to contact where you have paid this company. And you have to wait 48 hours...

Waste of money for this junk. Kept on receiving the following message:
The connection for this site is not secure
nfile.cc sent an invalid response.
ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

Followed all the instructions for MS WIN 11 and EDGE but still has issues. Tried with some other items to see if it was my end but was able to download, so it is them. Don't use them. Scam.

Just like all the other most recent reviews, I could never log in to the service I paid too much for*. Emails promising to send or reset login credentials were promised but never arrived.

* I selected the premium service advertised for $14.95US but my PayPal was charged €22.95. The PayPal email was sent to hendrikstromans at gmail dot com

It's obvious now that the 5 star reviews are fake. Avoid Novafile.

I have a premium account that expires on 27/02/2026.
In December 2024, I got locked out of my account because Novafile won't accept my login details.
Reaching out to support at novafile.com has brought me complete silence.

I would give it zero stars if possible!
What was once excellent customer support has evaporated into nothing. So far - 5 inquiries - I have still received zero support regarding my inability to access my account.
Something has changed drastically.

I haven't had such an experience yet :)
Within 2 months, I wrote 5 emails (4 to the email on the site and one message from my account).
My question was the simplest: it was about download limits.
I didn't get a single answer!
Even if the service is working, there is no customer support for it.

scammy website, it first says that you can pay with paypal but then it sends a message about how 'there's some issues' with paypal and asks for credit card details, and it all looks very unprofessional, the people who post positive reviews on the internet must be the ones who host pirated material that need a novafile subscription, the reason is obvious, they get a commission from the subscription. Basically, it's like paid Torrents, so you even end up paying the pirates.

Great service for years. No ads at all. Great downloading speed and many more options. Absolutely recommend this host!
