Just want to give you a big thank you and thumbs up. Controller is back in my loving arms and all fixed. Brilliant service. Kept in contact throughout with regular updates. Was very skeptical sending my controller in as I've never done it and always brought a new one 😂 but I could not be happier with the service! Thank you sir.

I sent in a controller with terrible stick drift and 2 of my back paddles had stopped working... just a few days my controller is back in my hand with new hall effect sticks and all paddles replaced! 10/10 service and for the price the quality and service are phenomenal!! I had hall effect sticks installed on my PS5 scuff controller as I was experiencing stick drift. It works amazing well now and from me posting out and getting it back was really quick.

Easy to use website and good social media awareness. You can see what Nova are doing so you can understand what you’re buying/paying for. I used the send in service for clicky buttons and upgraded thumb sticks. Very happy with the results feels good, solid modifications. Even watched Nova do it on socials. Communications were great as well with email updates

Very happy with the SCUF controller repair Nova carried out for myself. Controller is like new again and I would definitely recommend if you are having trouble with your controller. So straight forward and if you join the discord he keeps you updated through that!

Amazing service. As a local customer i was able to drop off my ps5 controller. I had really bad drift on my left analogue stick which was driving me insane constantly crashing cars and characters running in circles. Shipped my Battle Beaver off on a Tuesday to Nova to get both my thumb sticks stick drift repaired, by Friday I had my controller back in perfect condition! Would highly recommend to anyone, I will be purchasing my controllers from here from now on

Recommended by a friend for a repair on my xbox elite series 2 controller.
Website was easy to navigate from start to finish. I used the send off service for my repair, communication from start to finish was on point. The repair was carried out and sent back within 9 days. My controller is basically like brand new I had stick drift on both sticks fixed. RB button was repaid. I also had a new shell applied. Would recommend anyone to use nova gaming controllers for any sort of repair or mods. Very professional and affordable prices. Will definitely use again In the future. Thanks you a great experience.

I sent my controller in for repair due to getting stick drift in my left joystick, I was sent the address to ship my controller to and now have hall effect sticks installed on both the joysticks, that feel identical to the stock ones which is exactly what as I wanted. Repair time was only a few days. The updates on the repair status were regular and detailed. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and fast service

What a top class service, spoke to NGC with a couple of questions, they not only explained the process, the different hardware and what it means to me as a player, I was also made aware of a discount for the particular product I was looking at.

In the end I got 2 controllers with the mag hall effect sensors for less than what a ps5 controller would cost me brand new!

They arrived with Nova Monday the 12th and are being shipped back to me ready to go today (Wed 14th).
