Order did not arrive on the day and they do not answer the phone

Had lovely service from Nova Blooms! Nothing like the low quality found in many supermarkets.

Really fast delivery, the plant is beautiful and it was really carefully packaged.

The blooming cycle of my gifted orchid was short because the flowers started to die at the four-week post-arrival date.
My first email to Nova was never actioned. Nova's generic response to my second mail was "On average orchids flower for 6-10 weeks and then die away". My orchid had not reached that stage therefore the flowers should not have started to die. Previously sent orchids lasted well into the New Year when gifted to me in mid-September.. My third email has been ignored.
Nova's Customer service needs improvement and their phone lines need to work.
Other orchid suppliers are available in the UK - LOVE ORCHIDS have always been a firm favourite of my overseas gifter.
On the plus side, the orchid was delivered well packaged, and on my birthday.

Late delivery for the orchids to then arrive infested with bugs.

I'm still waiting for a reply as to why you changed the house number on my order so it was delivered next door. Not only that, they put the flowers in the bin. It was pure chance they were found. I still have the original confirmation email which states the correct house number. This time it's not entirely the fault of Yodel although why they put them in a bin is beyond me.

I have ordered from Nova Blooms several times for family and for myself. The cut Orchids and cut Hydrangea orders I have bought just took my breath away. The Hydrangeas I ordered this week are simply beautiful and put a smile on my face. The deliveries are always well packaged and I will continue to be a repeat customer!

Recently purchased a Beautiful Orchid to send to my brother in London for his Birthday...it made his day.

Daughter was delighted with her Orchids. I saw them 4 weeks later and they still looked good.

Flowers lasted 6 weeks.
2nd time ordering from Nova Bloom, there will be a 3rd and 4th and 5th etc etc etc...

Ordered for a friend's birthday
Flowers arrived safely and on the day we requested.
Friend phoned when she received them to say how lovely her flowers were and to thank us.

Good flowers but the heads were knocked about a bit at the bottom of each stem, so had to break them off
