Ordered what looks in the photo as Merrell Sandals in several colours, it even says Merrell on the side. What I received is a complete rip off cheap fake, badly made, flat sole no support, baggy fabric on the top does not keep on the foot.
Extremely poor response and expected to accept 75% store credit or return to China at my own cost. What would I spend 75% store credit on? more fake rubbish?
I ordered a garden product. After a waiting time of nearly 2 weeks, I received a product from China without any certification.
After checking, Temu is selling the same product but 7x cheaper!
What a shame, that’s clearly customer misleading.

I recently ordered a trenchcoat from NOVA Zurich, and unfortunately, I was disappointed as the product did not match the pictures online. The material was completely different from what I expected based on the description and photos. It felt lower in quality and did not have the same texture or appearance as shown on the website.Although the customer service was responsive, the overall experience did not meet my expectations. I would advise others to be cautious when purchasing clothing from NOVA Zurich, as the material may differ from what is advertised.
