Du ayri my product dont come After 1 year you are a SCAMMER

Total SCAMMERS. Ordered keratin mask over 2 years ago and despite emailing them constantly nothing was ever received. Now today I had a look on my banking app and on Friday and Saturday (17 and 18 June 2023) they've started filtering money from my account. Bank has put a stop to it and reported this fraud. BEWARE.

I did not receive my package they said it was delivered, not to my address.

Ordered color change TLM makeup, it's been a year. I've sent email after email. Nothing, no response no product, bank can't do anything. Do not order anything from them. Fake, fraud, scam. If anyone can tell me how to get a refund on product that never came, no tracking from start.

I ordered 2 reborn dolls and only received 1 of them (idk the quality since it is a Christmas gift and I didn’t open the package). Come to find out that the website has been closed so there is no way to even contact them to see where my other doll is or get my money back!

I got the P50 Nova a few months ago. Now the switch no longer works and it cannot be turned on.

I order some n 95 masks on March 7, 2020, at a cost of $74.97. On March 11, 2020, I sent an email to Nova requesting an update to my order and received a reply that I would receive my order in 1-2 weeks. After reading some of the reviews about this company, I questioned if this was indeed a scam, so I sent another email on March 18, canceling my order and asking for a refund. On March 19, my charge card was credited for the full amount of $74.97.

They are a fraud company. I reported them to the FTC.

Ordered cowboy boots, received some small cheep boots for female after two months. No response to my emails.

Bad quality , no customer service , return address in china....

I purchased two microscopes
One was supposed to work with Windows and one with I phone
Received first item which was defective
After several emails to nowhere
received reply/ with Chinese address... S28 to return defective item
send confirmation numbers for return and paid more than half what the product was costing in shipping fees
canceling second item and filing PayPal dispute

this is a sacm!! Do not order!!
I ordered a trial for 7$ and since then I am getting monthly samples and being charged for 100$!!!!! without ordering!!! no contact person !!! no phone number to talk to or to cancel! no receipt sent with the Samples.
Do not order !!!!

I ordered and received this product. The night received it i got an email alert that there was fraud activity on my account. They attempted taking out 140$. Thankfully my bank blocked it and canceled the card.

I may have received the order but given the scam i am afraid to use the product. Given everything else is fake got kniws what is in there.

Total scam - stay away!

If it's too late, you can speak to your bank & explain you haven't recieved your goods.

This company is the worst operator, they take your money for goods they don't send, they waste your time with lies about delays & fob you off with nonsense, they even post fake reviews on trustpilot like WDF is wrong with these dirty little scumbags, are they that desperate for money?

I have purchased the Nova Pore Cleaning mask order number:13497 tracking number SY10930884697 every time i search the tracking number tells me it can't find it.

I have paid for the product and would like to find out when will it arrive and why can i not find it?

already IN TRANSIT. Delivery to your country usually takes 4-6 weeks since it was ordered overseas. 8 weeks the most. But
rest assured your package will be delivered to you.

Also note that sometimes orders cannot be tracked when they have already arrived at the destination country. We however

The worst ever online purchase. Never seemed to be arriving the goods. Always asking us to be patient when we inquire. But have never deliver my stocks even after 4 months. Please anyone can let us know to whom we can complain to save the thousands of customers being trapped by them?

I bought items but only received half of them. I wrote to support, but got the anwser only woth the second letter, that they will check on that situation, but never got back the anwser.

I must admit that I was scared when I read the reviews here as I only read them after I ordered the foot pads. Can't say anything about the product yet but I must say that I got my order. I ordered at the 4.February and got them today. After reading these reviews I was sure that I would never get them

Half the products were broken, took a long time to be delivered. Very poor quality. Never again - rip off!
