Delivery was very slow. True it was abroad, but order placed on 21st November and not received until 3rd December - which was significantly longer than the 4-7 working days quoted and meant the gift was late for the birthday.

They also did not have the colour that I ordered, which should really have been reflected on the site - I would not have ordered it otherwise, but as it was not until the 24th that they texted me to tell me this, it didn't give me long enough to choose something different if I wanted it to be delivered on time.

Overall a disappointing experience.

Shipment was delayed without informing me, after complaining was told a 5 % discount was forth coming. Will I see it arrives but not holding my breath?

Order was only posted 5 days after purchase, once I emailed them to ask why it hadn't been delivered. As a result it didn't arrive in time for my friends birthday. Disappointed.

I was looking to source some hipflasks super last minute for a few friends for Reading Festival. I stumbled across their page, good prices and good selection (late Friday night). I plonked three in my basket and paid next day to ensure they'd be here before the Wednesday (the day before we left for Reading). Monday morning I received not just an email but a phonecall from a worried Richard at nottheusual saying two I'd requested were out of stock. It was difficult with trying to resolve as I was stuck in work for long hours of the day, so when I didn't pick up an email in time to send the goods next day for Tuesday I thought we'd missed out. However Richard came back saying I could pick two replacement hipflasks and he would send them out special to arrive early morning Wednesday.. which they did without fail. The replacement hipflasks were also more expensive than the originals yet no quibble to pay any difference etc.

Can't thank them enough. Richard very friendly and stupidly helpful. Recommended to friends, left right and centre :) Very happy drunk weekend, with thanks to nottheusual!
