You can find almost anything you need, and they restock as fast as possible. I love that I can track when they do. They follow trends and add products accordingly, have discounts often, and even without them the prices are often cheaper than in retail. The buying process is easy, everything is very neat and organised (apart from hair, nails, face etc. I love how they made a korean section, and then divided that into more specific sections, to make finding korean products more easily and according to your needs), and the delivery is very fast! They are my go-to place to buy skincare and haircare products

Notino used to have top prices and top products, but unfortunately, the selection has worsened. Although I still find some nice and affordable products on Notino, it's not like it used to be. Another very important point is that unfortunately, Notino uses the worst delivery services in Croatia, and lately, this has been an additional reason for me to avoid Notino. This time, however, I had to buy from Notino since the product I was looking for was only available there. Otherwise, I doubt I would continue to shop at Notino until they change their delivery services or improve the situation in that regard. DPD and HP are the worst delivery services in Croatia.

It’s really disappointing that everything comes with extra charges now. You offer discounts, but in the end they are completely cancelled out by delivery fees and payment processing charges — so the final price is almost the same or even higher.
What makes this especially sad is the fact that I am a loyal, regular customer. Despite ordering often, I’ve noticed that the product selection is getting smaller while prices keep going up.

I’ve never had any issues with ordering from Notino. Every item I’ve ordered arrived safely wrapped and delivered on time. One can only hope that in the future things will not change.

Great product review, easy to use website, great actions, fast delivery

I was supposed to choose a gift with my order, which I admit I didn't do because it wasn't clear to me that I had to.
They could have chosen the gift and delivered themselves!!!
The could have at least added some kind if free sample to the order amount of 215.60 euros!
