Completely Ghosted after Purchasing and than Broken Promises of Hand-Delivery to make up for Original Screw Up (Orders #3726 & #3725)
I ordered two sample packs from NoteLab Australia in May 2026. One order was cancelled by the merchant due to stock issues, but the promised refund never arrived. The second pack was marked for delivery but never showed up.
After being completely ignored across multiple customer service emails for 2 months, I managed to contact them via Instagram DM. The merchant formally apologised, stated their email system was down, and explicitly promised that a staff member would personally hand-deliver my package to my address the following day (confirming they had my details on file), along with extra samples as a gesture of goodwill.
I waited all day, but no one ever showed up. No package was delivered, and no refund has been issued.They have now gone completely silent and are ghosting both my emails and Instagram messages, despite their profile showing they were active as recently as yesterday. They are actively taking money from Australian consumers while refusing to fulfill orders or answer support channels and their products are not cheap over $280 for 1 bottle of Perfume. I have filed an official fraud chargeback with ING and reported them to Shopify Risk Operations and the ACCC. Avoid this store.
