It was amazing! The product is great but the shipping took a long time, I'm still waiting on the tracking information for something I purchased in 11/11/2025 but the previous products I got from her... See more

Great quality
Great quality paper, doesn’t bleed through, and the journals are very beautiful
The product is very beautiful
The product is very beautiful, and for the quality the price makes sense.
Horrible Customer Service
Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Response time from this company, if it happens at all, can be days to WEEKS after an inquiry.
For my specific experience, I ordered a notebook on the 1st of January. Per their website, shipping takes between 7-21 days. On 1/16, I emailed to inquire further. No response. On 1/18, I informed Notebook Therapy that should I not receive additional communication by 1/21, I would be filing a chargeback. On 1/27 they emailed saying (essentially) "whoops, sorry! Here's your tracking number" on an item I've already issued a chargeback on. I have no use for this item, and when asked appropriate measures to mail it back, the only option they gave me is to refuse the delivery; they don't offer return labels.
My main issues are as-follows:
1. Notebook Therapy shows little effort to adhere to their own shipping estimates.
2. Communication with customer support lacks timeliness in their responses, leading to confusion much like what is currently happening with my order.
3. Notebook Therapy does not (from my current communications with them) seem to have a solid system for returning items. This is concerning for more than just my situation, but for others should they have problems with their order.
In conclusion, this is not a company I would give my money to under any circumstance. The quality of these products, from reports on Reddit/TrustPilot, seems solid. If you're feeling the need to practice the limits of delayed gratification and patience for bad communication, ordering from Notebook Therapy would be great for you.
Never received my order
I originally ordered a notebook and some pens since I had a good experience before with them, but this time I just never received my order despite waiting months. Never got a response from customer service either. Wouldn’t recommend anymore. Especially if you don’t want to just lose your money
A pleasure
The order arrived within the expected time-frame, was beautifully packaged and the products are very high quality and stunning. I'll be buying again!
I've ordered from NT 3 times already
I've ordered from NT 3 times already. There has been no issue at all. Always top quality and the delivery is trackable. I live in Hungary and understand that international deliveries can takes a few weeks, and I'm OK with that. The notebooks I ordered are beautiful, and great quality, I think once in a while it's absolutely worth the money. My top reasons why I'm loyal with them is that there is NO shipping cost to where I live, I always find something I like, there are many many options for notebooks, and they are great for Bujo. Thick dotted paper, up to 175 pages.. I honestly don't need anything else.
the shipping was fast & the quality was…
the shipping was fast & the quality was absolutely fantastic & i really loved the details on the cover as well. very happy with my purchase would definitely reccomend !!
High price, low quality
Their products are VERY expensive for the quality. I was gifted a notebook for christmas from my mum. My mum ordered during black friday and it didnt arrive until a few days before christmas. The notebook had multiple large white spots on it. It couldve been glue but we couldnt take the risk of it being mold (I have a large collection of journals which are very sentimental and didnt want to risk mold spreading to them) so we had to throw it away. Very disappointing.
Beware buying from NotebookTherapy.com
Posting this as a warning for anyone thinking about ordering from notebooktherapy.com.
I’ve ordered from them before with no issues, but something has clearly changed with their shipping. It looks like they’re now using a last-mile delivery service called Yanwen.
I placed an order on Jan 4 and didn’t get any tracking info for weeks. A few days ago, tracking finally updated and showed the package had been handed off to Yanwen. I’d already tried reaching out to Notebook Therapy and got no response. Today, they finally replied and told me the package was “delivered”, even though the tracking still said out for delivery at the time.
Not long after that, Yanwen marked it as delivered. I went straight to my door and there was nothing there. I checked every apartment in my building to make sure it wasn't delivered to the wrong apartment and found nothing. I even went to check by our parcel lockers because sometimes they leave them outside and again found nothing.
For context, I’ve had packages accidentally delivered to neighbors before and they’ve always brought them over. I’ve also had packages sit at my door all weekend without being stolen. This is now the second time a last-mile delivery service has pulled this.
Yanwen marked it delivered and attached a photo, but the photo only shows the package itself, no apartment number, no door, no identifying info at all.
Trying to contact Yanwen is no help. The phone number on their site just hangs up. I emailed them but I’m not optimistic. I also tried calling Notebook Therapy’s phone number. An automated voice answered, said “hello,” and then the line went dead. No voicemail, no message, nothing.
Disappointing !
I ordered two notebooks, that were quite expensive, and I mean expensive as in they are really cheaply made, for the price I paid.
Firstly, I asked for an immediate refund when I found out that my order was shipped from China. I searched on reddit and found out it's actually made in China, and not in Japan, unlike what the store could make you think.
I do not get a response, until the order is shipped, and how weird is it? Now they can't refund me because it has already been shipped. Their customer service is not so good.
The quality of the notebook itself is not too bad, but for the price I paid ? No. The paper is supposedly thick, but my fountain pen (EF) bleeds, and feathers.
I'm honestly disappointed, because it genuinely could have been good business, had they not been dropshippers.
NOT TRUSTFULL !! DON'T DELIVER AND DON'T REACT TO MAILS
They don't reply to messages !! Have send several concerning my order 739017 dated 27/12/2025 who still has been sent by them. They are not trustful !!!
Great Customer Service
I love the notebook I got. While there was a snag with shipping (Shop app did not include my apt # so my order was returned to sender) customer service was so helpful and shipped out a replacement as soon as we noticed the issue.
Takes a while, but worth it
Product took awhile to arrive, but the tracking was very detailed so I could see when it cleared customs and where it was the whole time. The product itself was beautiful, as was the packaging - opening my purchase felt like a lovely experience. I can't wait to make another purchase in the future.
Took a month to ship and did not arrive
After placing an order I heard absolutely nothing for at least two weeks. It took almost a month for them to attempt delivery with next to no contact to keep me informed. They then proceeded to attempt delivery twice but had not given me prior warning as I was sent the tracking info and the ‘delivery unsuccessful’ info at the same time. I had listed neighbours, concierge and a safe space to leave the parcel, however, the second attempt was also unsuccessfully delivered. I was then informed it was being sent back to the seller and I would hear from them. I have contacted them 4 times at least in the last month and have had absolutely no communication from them. I want a full refund. Such a shame.
False Worldwide Delivery Advertising
Their website says they offer worldwide delivery. Because of this, I placed an order. The order was processed for two weeks, and only after I contacted them did I find out that they no longer ship to my country. I asked them to update their FAQ, which still shows this incorrect information, but they haven’t changed it. Fortunately, I received a refund.
Incredible beauty
An incredible selection of beautiful items, recommendations that make sense, and beautiful packaging. Every delivery feels special and magical.
It is my fourth order.I used to love…
It is my fourth order.I used to love NT.
But now, I think they are not professional AT ALL.
During my last order (the 3rd), I waited almost 10 days to have my order shipped. And it was shipped just after I send an e-mail to ask about it (they didn't argue with any difficulties they had, barely apologised and on top of that, they told me I was the one who wasn't able to read the tracking... Like .... BRO..... Come on... You didn't ship it, it's not a problem with me too stupid to not know how to read a tracking.).
It's now my 4th order, or at least, it's a gift my partner bought me. It's bien 14 DAYS, it is just shipped today. Why ? I send an e-mail to know if my order has been shipped, very nicely and all. No response. No answer. But, strangely, my order has been shipped. I'm not Sherlock Holmes, but I think there is a link between my e-mail and the fact that hours later, my order is shipped.
Ho and for the tracking ? I'm on a computer, I click on the button to track my order and ... I am forced to download an app. I am on a computer. I want to access a stupid tracking, but I have to download an app to access it. It's PREDATORY. And honestly the first time I see it. It's totally unprofesional, predatory, stupid, an insult to the client.
Anyway, overall, nice notebooks, but too pricey for the prestations (yeah, there is that too, I think NT should stop trying to be too greedy or act accordingly and add some luxury to their product), they are absolutely not professional at all. I'll spend my money elsewhere from now on.
Amazing Black Friday experience!
The shipping was quicker than I expected, especially during a Black Friday sale. The products were somehow even prettier than in the pictures, and I even discovered that one of my washi tape sets also contained a couple of extra stickers, which was a welcome surprise. I LOVE this brand and intend to buy from it again :)
Delayed order & horrendous customer service
Ordered from them mid-November and the item only just arrived today. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. They didn’t send me a dispatch email. I emailed them three times requesting an update but was completely ignored and received zero reply. Horrendous customer service.
2026 Journal
I’ve always loved the designs and the quality of the journals. So far I’ve bought 3 journals from notebook therapy and they never disappoint. However, this last order took forever to arrive. I placed the order for Black Friday and I received it right after Christmas. Still, it was worth the wait!
