Their customer service is very good they always respond back and answer your questions. I have been buying from Notebook Therapy from years and they have always been so helpful whenever I needed help with an order or had a question. They have great products I wish they could bring back the free shipping but I get why they can’t do that anymore

I’ve made several orders with Notebook Therapy now and have been extremely happy them all! I appreciate all the detail they put into the quality and design of their products; even down to the packaging! I think it’s an amazing value. They do such an amazing job with advertising and promoting their offerings too. I will be continuing to purchase from them for all my stationery wants and needs!

I ordered two times from you guys, once for a Bullet journal set and the second time for an agenda and both times everything went smoothly. I recommended the site to all of my friends.

Shipping can sometimes take a while, but the products are so beautiful and high quality that it’s totally worth it! I just wish they would remove out of stock products, and advertisements that feature out of stock items they don’t plan to restock, though… kinda frustrating!

super poor customer service.

I mean everything in this website is cute and nice but once you have issue with delivery. dont count on it. i have ordered this place 3 times and 2 of them i have delivery issue. until the day of today i still cannot get my product or my money back

I bought my first journal notebook and did not expect such high quality. It feels velvety smooth and the paper is lovely. Great craftsmanship.

horrible customer service - notebooks is just average (its a notebook after all) but what makes companies is their customer service and Notebook Therapy is one of the worst I have seen lately. I placed an order on a Friday afternoon and decided to cancel it, which I promptly emailed within 10 min of receiving confirmation email. as per their website you can cancel an order within 12 hours. on Monday afternoon I received an email that my order has shipped, and then later that day reply to my cancellation request; that my order can't be cancelled. I have replied right away citing their website policy and have not heard back. Next time I need a notebook I will look on Etsy or anywhere else.

Whilst the notebooks are cute, customer "service" was so condescending and rude to me that I won't be shopping here again

Notebook Therapy has so many cute things to chose from. From their journals, stickers, washi tapes etc all are just beautifully detailed, and the colours are just beautiful. One cannot simply stop at buying just one thing as there is so much to love!

I love Notebook Therapy! Their notebooks are beautiful and high quality, perfect for journaling. The paper is thick and smooth, and the designs—especially the anyqkity—are amazing. Everything is well made for bullet journaler, all the themes work well either the season.

Their customer service is also great! They are very friendly and quick to help with any questions. I highly recommend them!

The customer service is slow as heck, I bought a journal from them 2 years ago and I was happy with it so I ordered again in November last year.
I accidentally forgot my phone number, no biggie, I forgot that one before and I still got my packages, not with them I guess bc they didn't send my package.
A month later emailed them and they apologised and all and so did I and sent my phone number. I have to contact them again for them to finally send the package and now I'm waiting for nearly 3 weeks for that thing to arrive.
I like their journals, but they need to work on customer service side more.
