Technical issues & no time to let me read
Although the time and wait to see the notary was no issue, I found it unprofessional & discourteous that the Notary allowed me no more than 8-12 seconds to read and agree to the Terms of Service regarding the collection, use, and storing of my biometric data. I only had that much time to read 4-5 lines worth of a LEGALLY binding agreement, but I do not know if it was impatience or latency issues, I know that its more prudent to go in person though, most likely through the nice gent I met in an uber because kindness goes a long way.

The notary was well spoken, and extremely polite and helpful. This was a smooth efficient process. All done from the convenience of our home. I would definitely recommend NotaryLive. This is great!!
Kaya Thompson was my notary. Very pleasant lady. I’ve never heard of this service and was lead here by Los Angeles county vital records. I’ll definitely use it if I need a notary in the future. Super easy process. My only gripe was the background identity check wanting me to remember the address to a place I lived 25 years ago.
