The platform is just a big story without any useful content. It looks nice, and it makes promises, if you believe in them, you will highly likely be absolutely disappointed. Trying to liaise with the customer service and getting constantly ignored is only one gimmick I’m experiencing. Not only that I have paid for the premium service which is not working to date but I don’t get any response from the support team why and a fix, even worse not a refund because of the service not working. To my opinion this is very close to a scam, which probably is quite common in the Internet in these days, but disappointing anyway.

Atrocious customer service and technical support.

I've tried to make contact with the team at Not Actively Looking over half a dozen times over the last 9 months or so - not a single response.

In short, their activation email doesn't get sent - I've reapplied (same problem); checked spam etc. and it's definitely nowhere to be found. I've reached out on numerous occasions, all unsuccessfully, to highlight this issue and to ask for a resolution, all to no avail.

Awful experience.

I attended yesterday your webinar on drafting LI profile. Even though I am a senior recruitment professional myself, I could still find insightful details which made it a useful experience. I also appreciated the genuine responses to the Q&A session - especially on what the consultants can or could not assume as assignments.

Overpriced and not particularly useful - I was a "premium" member for a while and supposedly "connected" with many search firms - but there was no real "connection" from what I could tell. All I got was numerous advertisements for resume writing services and webinars on how to manage my social media profile. There's nothing inherently wrong with the content but considering the relatively high price I expected more.

I have enjoyed your webinar and especially liked the combination of pre-defined structure and questions from the audience. Most useful part was related to the communication with headhunters.

The Not Actively Looking webinar was on networking. There had been a concise and insightful presentation followed by a useful exercise of presentation of each other. Worth to attend.

Bill Mann's session was full of highly accessible, practical advice, which came from a deep well of experience and thoughtfully developed expertise. The session was insightful and inspiring, with helpful prompts and illustrations provided by Anthony Harling.

Each of Not Actively Looking's webinars are insightful, thought-provoking and refreshing. I've taken away something new each time, and expanded my network with other participants on the session. Highly recommended.

Give some indication of prices of the various levels of NAL menmbership.

Good session, very helpful and added in contacts to use which is reasonable and not overselling.
It would have been good to receive the slide deck as well and you would then have got a 5 :)
