I had a very positive experience with Notable. They provided me with a loan to make necessary repairs on my home. I really appreciated the flexibility and the fact that I only pay interest on the amount I will use.

I would never do business with Better again. They are virtual, provide terrible support, and don't even get me started on the front in underwriting process.

Notable partnered with Better Mortgage to offer the Better Home Loan, which helped homeowners finance a variety of home-related needs. That said, Notable and Better Mortgage are two separate companies. We understand that this can sometimes cause confusion, and we're sorry if that added to your frustration.

On being a virtual company: Notable is a Financial Technology company, and our application process and loan management are handled primarily online. This is intentional, as we designed the experience to make the process faster, more convenient, and accessible from anywhere. That said, there are real people behind every step of the loan journey. Our team is available by phone, email, and SMS throughout the process, and we're committed to providing responsive and supportive service at every step along the way.

On your specific experience: We do recall your case, and we want you to know that your previous feedback led to a meaningful change. When we learned you preferred receiving your monthly statements by paper mail rather than online, our team worked to build a new process specifically to accommodate that request. Listening to customer feedback and adapting where we can is extremely important to us.
