Suffering from Hyperhidrosis and I ordered this before trip to Spain this summer. I really struggle with sweat, but the T-shirt I bought was fantastic. NO sweat stains on the outside at all.. Short delivery time. I will buy these again

- advertising banner indicates free postage >£70 but also >£110
- reference to items being in the sale but they're not

To cap it all, reference to a 30 day return period is accompanied by a disclaimer indicating ' no refunds'

1. "Different pictured models are ascribed the same height and weight"
o On the Navy No-Sweat Polo Shirt, the model is listed as 170 cm (5'7"), 75 kg (165 lb), wearing size M No Sweat Clothing AS.
o On the Navy Long-Sleeve Polo, the model is 180 cm (5'9"), same weight, wearing size M No Sweat Clothing AS.
These differ, so the claim that multiple models have identical height/weight is incorrect.
2. "Reference to a size guide which doesn't exist"
o Multiple product pages (Polo, T-shirt, Undershirt) explicitly state: "If in doubt, consult our size guide or contact us at hello@nosweatclothes.com" No Sweat Clothing AS+2No Sweat Clothing AS+2.
o The phrasing is consistent and present; the size guide is referenced consistently across products.
3. "Advertising banner indicates free postage >£70 but also >£110"

Sale items do indeed clearly display sale pricing.

Do not buy. I bought 3 T-shirts for my son. I have tried to return 2 unworn T-shirts back to them as not happy with the quality. They ignore emails and then when I eventually got an address for them through complaining to PayPal they are in Sweden. I have returned the items at a cost to me of £20 and the T-shirts have arrived back with me in the UK as the No Sweat Company did not claim them! They are ignoring my emails again now and PayPal don’t want to know. I am now going through the chargeback procedure with my bank to claim my money back.
UPDATE: So the company decide to respond to my review months later and state they issued a full refund - really? So where is it?! Absolute SCAMMERS!

Dear Samantha. We are very sorry for the experience you had.
When you requested a return, we replied with the following:
“As soon as we receive the items back in good condition, we will issue a refund and you may reorder.”
A few days later, you wrote to us:
“I returned 2 t-shirts as discussed previously, but they were sent back to me from Sweden. The parcel was marked as ‘unclaimed.’”
We had been waiting for your return, which unfortunately took a long time due to circumstances outside of our control. In fact, we never actually received the items. Nevertheless, you were refunded in full.
I bought 3 undershirts to help my sweating, but when I received these the quality was not what I expected esp at the price I paid.
I sent all 3 back, but because I opened one - the company are trying to claim I've worn one of the undershirts and refusing to refund all 3 undershirts.

Dear Ryan. We apologize for your experience with us. We had major problems with PayPal regarding refunds at the time. We would also like to point out that we have sold a large number of these undershirts and they deliver what they promise. As for your claim that we believe you have used them all, we have no evidence other than that they all smelled of perfume and therefore could not be resold.
