I wish i had checked this site before ordering. Placed an order in November for xmas present. According to tracking arrived in this country in December. However was then lost. They, allegedly, shipped again and arrived early January. Still no sign so complained again. They said should arrive but will refund anyway. Over 28 days has passed and nothing has arrived or credited. Please avoid at all costs. Going through credit card company for refund now.

Never received my product. Ordered in dec. Notification stopped in jan. Where's my refund. Never responded to my emails

If I could give it a 0 I would these are major scammers and need stopping i ordered on the 27th Dec notifications stopped on 15th jan I've had no parcel no refund and no reply from numerous emails I'm reporting it to police

Don’t order from them!!!!

Worst customer service ever. Take your money, don’t deliver the items you buy and then say they have given you a refund (within 5-28 business days) which is never received!!!

I placed an order on 29 November. Order tracking was not updated from 9th Dec onwards and the item was never received (it was meant to be a Christmas present). I then contacted them via email only to be told that I could have the item resent or a refund issued. I accepted the refund on 16th December. It’s now 26th January and I still haven’t received the refund even though the email they have sent says it will be received before 27th January. Bank also have no confirmation that a refund will be received. Have chased and just get fobbed off each time.

Money grabbers!!! Very disappointing. It’s clear that it’s a scam and Samuel Carter (the person who sends the email), if you exist, should actually be ashamed of yourself for not fulfilling orders and just taking the money.

I ordered from the Nostaly shop on november 1st 2024, for a total of $95.45 for a instax SQ40 camera HP World edition. It has been 2 months that I haven't received my order yet. This was a Christmas gift for someone that didn't come in. I sent a couple of emails for an update on it and no response to my emails. this is legit a scam.

Extremely poor, ordered 2 planners from them. Waited over a month and nothing. When I enquired they said it got lost and re shipped the parcel. 2 months later the delivery was tracked all the way to the uk and then mysteriously just stopped updating again. When I enquired they kept telling me it's left the warehouse and is with the courier to my address. To this day I still haven't received anything and I ordered at the start of October. They have now said they will refund that was almost two weeks ago and I'm still waiting for my money back. Rubbish customer service and useless couriers that they allegedly use, avoid these scammers
