Avoid

Avoid at all costs. I purchased as a gift for my husband as he loves the retro games and we struggled to get it to connect to the television, we tried each one in our house and still no joy. I emailed the company and whilst they respond in a timely manner I was advised that I was not eligible for a refund due to hygienic reasons, I fail to see how a plastic games controller and plastic ‘game chip’ fall into this category and have queried this (awaiting a response), I will be contacting my bank and getting them to claim my money back and will be reporting the company as they cannot refuse to refund a faulty item.

Potential Scam

After some connectivity issues, the company replied promptly to an email with a video on how to connect the controllers, which was initially a good sign. Unfortunately the company advertises over 30K games but this is false. Only a handful of games can actually be played. The rest are “demo’s” only or stuck on a continuous loop. I have emailed the company to request a refund. Could potentially be a fault with the software. However many reviews online, including YouTube videos report this company as a scam. I will update my review once I have had a reply from the company.
The cost was £49.99
