Nos Minis provided me with excellent customer service. I had purchased a pram and bag hoping to collect it from the store when I visited Bordeaux, but learnt that there was a public holiday in Bordeaux and the store would be closed. Despite the language barrier, the team managed to deliver the goods to my hotel, provide the paperwork for my tax refund, as well throw in a present for my birthday. Thank you!
