i didn’t even receive my order

Still haven’t received my orders since the Black Friday sale in November.
Terrible customer service. These are Christmas presents, so I hope they turn up.

Item did not arrive. No response from communication from seller. Very poor

I have not received my order which I made over three weeks ago which is my daughters Xmas present over £140 worth of clothing and no response to my multiple emails and chat requests for an update I am starting to think this is a SCAM. Unfortunately you have influencers tik tok accounts promoting this company so you think it’s ok. Now I’m worried I won’t be able to get my kinetic back and my daughter will be missing presents I cannot afford to replace. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL

Terrible delivery times.. waiting weeks with no updates

Ordered 3 weeks ago, item not dispatched no reply to messages! Not impressed at all. Had an email asking me what I think though🤷‍♀️

Ordered on the 4th December still haven't even received my order and there asking to leave a review what am i supposed to review on ???😭

Still haven’t received my order been over 2 weeks now sent multiple emails asking for and update with no reply emailed wanting to cancel and refund my order and still have heard nothing back won’t be ordering from here again!

I have been waiting on my order for two months now and they haven’t sent it I spent a lot of money on the order!!!!

There’s one star because without it, I can’t write this review.

This company is an absolute shambles. It’s all a front to take peoples money. They use influencers and fancy ads to make the brand look legit, and at first, they do send out some orders so people leave good reviews. Then when big shopping events like Black Friday come around, they ramp up the ads, take loads of orders, and disappear. No replies, no refunds, nothing. Don’t fall for it.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I bought two pairs of pants from Croatia so I returned them to them and asked for a refund. They refused to give me my money back and asked me to pay them €50 which they said they would refund. I gave them €50 and they said the gift card was invalid and would not refund my money. For the other pants they asked me for €25 and wanted me to send them to a fake email page called dynamix express. Now I am out of €200! Please do not buy from them!!!!!!

Meant to be 3-4 day delivery I am still awaiting my order arriving after 2 weeks , feedback is shocking and any time I’ve tried to contact the customer support I have had no reply , won’t be back 👍

Had an email asking me to leave a review, is that a joke? Placed an order on 02 December for a large amount all presents for my son for Christmas, and still not been shipped, so how the hell can I leave a review? Emailed the support for an order update over 3 days ago and still no response. It’s so close to Christmas now please ship my order or just give me a full refund!!
