Edit - after many emails they backed down and sent a new item to replace the faulty one. Do not give up if you’re treated unfairly by them

this whole company is a scam, they show different pictures on the website and you recieve something of low quality, bad material, bad stitching, it’s abysmal, and the delivery takes so long, as soon as I emailed them they told me I’d need to pay for the return of my item, WHEN IT WAS CLEARLY THEIR FAULT, just avoid all of this by not buying from them, save your time and money, mind you I pad £45 for tracksuit that looks like it was made for £5

I like the items they sell, and the quality is good aswell, the only thing is the information they supply on their goods.....bought a sweater but it was a crop top instead.....to bad and the returning is a disaster

Not a great experience, ordered a jumper size medium for my son, who's 15 years old. This is usually plenty big enough, when it finally arrived, it was too short on the body size and sleeves, looked like a mismatched jumper.
When I have tried to return it, that's also been an experience! Taking so many requests to receive the information to send back. Avoid, avoid, avoid at all costs.
