UPDATE- Bought two xxl yarns (1000grams each)…
UPDATE: - We spent two weeks back and forth with Norvo representatives, and a Norvo manager has most recently reached out offering a full refund on the product (which is what we have been asking for), so to reflect that, the rating of my experience has gone up, and we consider the situation resolved.
Earlier experience: Bought two xxl yarns (1000grams each) to 'arm knit' from Norvo. Paid extra to have the larger yarn to knit massive blankets - as advertised on the site (should be big enough to cover two people). What arrived, was barely big enough to wrap a chihuahua in and the blankets were already made! the quality of the yarn was just... gross.
Asked for a refund from Norvo- they were quick to respond and quick to deny any accountability, finding many ways to continue a back and forth without resolving anything, as well as reasons why I wouldn't be eligible for a refund.
Regret buying products from this company SO hard. I had faith in the trustpilot ratings they had on their site (over 900 positive), but that has got to be bought..
There's no way this is acceptable business practice, outright misrepresentation of products, poor quality of products, and you pay a considerable amount of money for the privilege.
Just run. - spend your money elsewhere.

Stay as far away from this company NORVO as possible, it's just an intermediary. Pris is from cosmos, you can order the same on chines sites 3-4 times cheaper and better.
They are changing staff all the time, and some of them was very rood when I wantetd to cancel the order becauce it was not delivered in the prommised time. They coudnot trac the order eather.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBPAGE, and spread the word, NORVO is only an intermediary and they are very roed and very bad service.
Hold dere så langt unna dette selskapet NORVO som mulig, Det er bare en mellommann. Prisen er fra Cosmos, du kan bestille det samme på kinesiske nettsteder 3-4 ganger billigere og bedre.
