Excellent job completed on my property. The work was of a very high standard and James and Ryan treated my home with care and respect. I’m very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of damp/dry rot repair.
Stuart and James completed some work for us in the treatment and repair of dry rot in our kitchen, as well as adding in future preventative measures. We obtained a couple of quotes but immediately got such a good feeling from Stuart. He's such a friendly, honest and down to earth person. He answered all of my questions in such detail which just filled us with confidence from the beginning. There was no delay with the date that we agreed for job getting started and the work was completed within the time that Stuart advised that it would be. After initially booking in, James came out and put some treatment down under the floor to prevent any further spread which we really appreciated.
We couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. Unexpected building work can often be quite stressful but Stuart and James made the whole process feel smooth and seamless and we're so grateful for their expertise and hard work.
Thank you Stuart for quick response (same morning). Feared the worst, however, reassured by honest survey of what was needed. Stuart spent time examining and explaining what I thought was dry rot, turns out thankfully it wasn’t. Very professional, would certainly recommend. Thank you once again
