Roofing work left my parents without a working aerial recently. When my mum explained why she needed it fixing urgently the managing director went straight to the house himself and put a temporary fix in, before any other firm had even returned her calls! The day their scaffolding was taken down and a permanent fix could be done, he went straight back. We couldn't have asked for better customer service.

Came out quickly to resolve an issue with a degraded cable. Engineer was very friendly and professional. Back up and running in no time. Also completed some minor fixes to prevent further issues down the line. Very reasonable repairs costs too. Wouldn't hesitate to use again. Thanks!

I am nervous when it comes to the mystery of the unknown. I live in an apartment block and I didn’t know where to start and who to contact to correct the terrible reception that had got worse and worse on my two television sets.

My Management Agents signposted me to NORTH WEST AERIALS LIMITED.

Pete arranged an appointment taking calls on a Sunday afternoon. Talk about a good work ethic!

Matthew arrived two days later (to suit my diary) and carried out diagnostic checks on the incoming aerial leads then up we both went onto my flat roof on a rather windy October day! I wanted to see what it was all about with my own eyes.

I hardly moved from a protective wall but Matthew seemed to pirouette over the building line to ensure he had located the correct aerial leads. He then pointed out to me where the aerial was and explained why my signal was poor.

In no time Matthew knew exactly what was wrong and after getting the necessary materials from his van, within minutes, he returned to the roof with a new aerial and fresh wires and fixed the problem.

Matthew was soon back in my apartment checking the reception with his equipment and the readings now showed a super-strong signal.

Matthew re-programmed the channels and the sound and vision on my two TVs is now absolutely sensational.

I cannot believe there is any Company in the North West that could deliver a better customer service and experience than PETE and MATTHEW of NORTH WEST AERIALS LIMITED and I heartily recommend them.

We arranged for our Communal Satellite Dish to be checked as being over 20 years old we suspected it was the cause of loss of signal to various Apartments. Northern Aerials were prompt in attending and checking our system before fitting a new Dish and ensuring all Apartments were receiving a good signal. I highly recommend them.

From assessment of works required to job completion I found this company works with absolute professionalism with through communication .

Needed a TV fitted on the wall. Arranged a date and came as arranged. The job was done without any fuss using bracket I supplied at a reasonable price. First Class service and recommended.

Cannot recommend this business highly enough.
Sent an email requesting possible new aerial or retune.They rang me back within an hour and had a slot booked for the first available appointment.
Matthew the Engineer arrived within the 2 hour timescale and was very efficient and professional and very personable too.
He even managed not to laugh at my stupidity in not realising I had a coax cable where I didn’t think I had!🤦‍♂️😂

Once again an excellent service from start to finish. I called Wednesday and as plan the engineer arrived early Thursday morning. Bradley was very efficient and repaired the fault In very quick time. What a pleasure it was. First class. 5 *****

I called North West Aerials when our aerial detached itself from the pole and was hanging loose. They promised an engineer next day and true to their word David arrived. He gave a reasonable quote to replace the aerial, pole and the damaged cable. He took around an hour and a half and we are delighted with the result. I would certainly recommend this company.

Matthew installed a huge 10ft aerial with a six way splitter for four first floor flats and one downstairs. He did such a neat job! I'm a builder so I'm picky too. Couldn't fault him, perfect install, cleared everything away like he hadn't been there, placed all the wires outside and socket points inside thoughtfully and informed me of lots of technical stuff about how great the signal was too!
What a professional, efficient and friendly service at a great price. Couldn't be more pleased. Even took down all our old old wires.

Matthew came today to assess my satellite reception . I have both hotbird and freesat satellites yet I was not receiving the signal. Turns out the connections were not terminated properly. Matt was an absolute gent and will not hesitate to recommend again .

Great Service!
We've moved into a new house and had several tv points in the wrong places and different aerials on the roof. I called NorthWest Aerials Ltd and an engineer came out the next day. He tested the aerials and found one was relatively new, so just gave us new tv points in the rooms we wanted. Minimal disruption, no overselling and happily cleared a load of redundant wires for us, and all at a very reasonable price. Thank you so much!

Ordered through our managing agents after I failed to diagnose, or more accurately mis-daignosed failure of our communal aerial system. The engineer turned up within hours, diagnosed the fault as a failed distribution amplifier within minutes, had an exact replacement in his van! and it was fitted and working well under an hour.
