NOTE - THEY KEEP REMOVING THIS REVIEW OFF GOOGLE REVIEWS! This review is from a while ago, but I think it shows what type of business they are that they keep removing my review! It is not okay and as a result I will now be sharing the video my partner managed to take.

Please read this review. Northumbrian Tin Solider is completely unacceptable and they should be very embarrassed. I have also reported this store directly to Pokémon.

My partner went in a few days ago to get Prismatic Evolution, and he found that they were selling single packs for £10. It was clear they were opening tins and bundles just to sell the single packs for inflated prices, rather than at retail price - despite them being a retailer. My parter then left a google review as it was a shame to see a local card shop doing this.

My partner then went back to visit the store today to see if they had reduced their prices. However, someone who I can only assume was a member of staff there, squared up to my partner, started shouting at him and was calling him the C word amongst other offensive words. This member of staff was also mocking him and laughing at him. The other store members did not intervene, and they told my partner to actually remove his google review - which he did, as he did not want the confrontation. I have honestly never heard anything like it. Funnily enough, this isn’t the first time I have heard this sort of thing happening from Northumbrian Tin Solider, and there is another review on here also detailing their disgusting behaviour. If they reply to this review, I can only urge you not to believe whatever it is that they may say - I am part of a local Pokémon community and after discussing what my partner went through at this store, a lot of people told me that they washed their hands with this shop ages ago, and other people also shared their awful experiences with this store.

Everyone do yourself a favour and completely avoid this store, it is wholly unacceptable and I can only laugh at the way this man behaved. My partner also managed to take a video of his experience in this store, which we are more than happy to share if needed 😊

This review continues to be removed and I continue to re upload it - not sure why they keep trying to hide this very honest review.
