I called this company to enquire about a product and they went as far to suggest a competitor store, which was closer for me to travel to. I was so impressed I ordered directly from them instead - very pleased that I did! The items arrived around lunchtime even though I ordered them just before midnight. They also included a lovely thank you gift 😁 Will definitely order from here again and hope to visit the shop the next time I’m over that way!

Stock a great range of Northumbrian products and offer fabulous prices and deals. Local free delivery by their own friendly driver...less than a day after I ordered! Highly recommended if you can't visit Northumberland yourself.

This is my third order from this company, mainly for the Northumberland tea which I used to order directly from them, however they are no longer trading. In order to get free delivery I order other products and am extremely pleased with the chose available and look forward to trying them. The parcel was well packed, so overall I am happy to recommend this company.

After opening my order it seemed there was a slight discrepancy between the advertised product and the bottles I received. After emailing Northumberland Gifts I had a phone call the very next day and the mismatch was genuinely explained and half my cost was refunded straight away, which was very decent of them.

This company is brilliant!! (Goods and especially the customer care). Part of my order arrived damaged and I sent an email regarding this. I received a phone call almost immediately where we established that I would receive a replacement. This arrived within a couple of days!! Overall shopping experience was great and I would most definitely recommend!

You can have your items delivered or collect and they have good opening hours. You can choose from a small gift to a large one as the product selection is tremendous.
