Great trampoline
Great trampoline. Very easy to setup! Quick delivery but track and trace could be a bit better.

Our experience with North Trampoline:
In May 2024 we decided to dig up our inbound North Trampoline and place it in another place in our yard and wanted to put legs on it.
So on May 23, 2024 we ordered the below: 2x LEGEND OVAL 420 LOWER LEG B (SHORT) And
2x LEGEND OVAL 420 LOWER LEG A (LONG) with delivery one week later. Well, what the service team did not know was that we also needed 8x EXP. OVAL 420 MIDDLE POST (2014-2019) 500 (2014-2017), I figured it out myself when I saw the first delivery, and something was clearly missing.
So on June 6, 2024 we ordered the 8 middle post – we only received 4.
While waiting for the 4 last middle posts we found out that the lower legs that was sent to us was missing the locking mechanism between the middle post and the lower leg. From here on it has been an absolutely nightmare. Showing a logistic department in a complete mess – no one is checking the orders going out of their warehouse. Since May I have been talking or mailing with 6-7 different people, some of them asking what I am missing, clearly NOT reading all the mails going back and forth. I would call asking for some kind of communication and received nothing and starting over with a new customer service person whenever I called to ask.
In July 2024 they would send us the missing pieces – could this finally be the end of “the trampoline legs-gate”??? Of course not – we again received 4 lower legs without the locking mechanism. SERIOUSLY?!? I called customer service again and the message was that they would send lower legs again plus the missing 4 middle posts. They would open a new trampoline package just for this and to make sure that we could close this thing. Boy oh boy – we were thrilled when we picked up 7 big packages on Sunday (august 18). In the biggest package was 2 lower legs (short) with a locking mechanism plus or middle posts. Hallelujah. But of course, it doesn’t end here. We then opened the 6 other packages – and I kid you not – all 6 packages contained 1 lower leg without a locking mechanism. So now we have minimum 12 lower legs without a locking mechanism – clearly showing a warehouse team/logistic team that don’t know what they are doing.
And they have tried to send us a safety net "as compensation" - a safety net that doesn't match our trampoline.
Jeg vil aldrig nogensinde bestille noget fra North Trampoline igen.
