Great ordering system and fast delivery. Handbag was exactly what I was looking for and what sold it to me was the helpful short video showcasing the item. Great marketing!

The staff at North Shoes could not have been more helpful when the sole of one of my husband's new Rieker shoes came away. They went through the exchange process as we had to choose new shoes and return the old pair by post. All the staff we dealt with went the extra mile. They were super-friendly and kept us in the loop via email. We would definitely recommend this company. They were a delight to deal with!

I went into Reker and found a pair of boots I wanted. I decided to look online to see if I could get them cheaper and found North Shoes and they were £10 cheaper. I have never heard of them before but decided to give them a go. I ordered yesterday lunchtime and they arrived today just before noon and that was free delivery!

I have a pair I bought a few months ago, they were a little tight on one swollen foot, but decided to keep them.
I ordered another pair last week, arrived Saturday, and disappointed, in spite of being an H fitting, very tight.
I decided to check the size on the website, glad I did as I then noticed you can remove the insole, which I did and wow the difference is amazing, shant be sending them back.

The shoes I ordered came the next day and were well packaged. The description had been spot on too. The price was superb and I really do feel like I have a bargain. I would not hesitate to shop here again.

Ordered the white Birkenstock sandals.
Arrived in good time and they are fab!
And half the price of other shops!

Ordered some remonte sandals of amazon from north shoes. They are fab love them delivered on time no damage would use them again.

Sent the wrong boots. Then asked for us to send back so they could resend the correct pair ordered. The pair we ordered never arrived, a month of chasing them we were then told the original pair we purchased had been sent to the wrong customer??!! Without consultation North Shows decided to refund us without telling us to an account that was now shut. To date we still haven’t received boots or refund (two months later). After making formal complaint we were told to speak to our bank who confirmed monies for refund never recieved!! Will be taking legal action. Avoid at all costs. Wish we had paid normal price through a standard supplier.

Fabulous customer service. Very fast shipping. The boots I purchased are superb, and obviously packed with great attention to detail. The box in itself was a delight to open. I will most definitely will be buying from this amazing British company again.

My wife had seen a pair of boots locally that she liked but the shop didn't have them in the colour she wanted. After a bit of online research I arrived at North Shoes site. Not only did they have the colour and size required,but they had them at a 10% discount. Order placed, boots were dispatched the following day and arrived with me 3 days later. The boots were perfect and wife's a happy bunny. Brilliant service provided by this retailer, would happily use again.

I got a pair of orthlite white trainers , only had them since end of march and the silver coating is peeling off already I only wear them on a weekend, they were £85 so disappointed

Absolutely brilliant service! Ordered a pair of Skechers trainers from here after the actual Skechers website let me down. I ordered them on 27th March and they arrived the very next day! All with free delivery and 10% off to boot!!! Will definitely use again - thank you!!

Excellent service; I love in Northumberland and ordered late Thursday afternoon and my delivery of boots came at 10am the following day ! This store is fab...buy shoes to send to Oz and it arrives in 4 days in the middle of covid. You beauties! Perfect packaging, great comms, I will use them again everytime.

On Monday morning I ordered a pair of Paul Green hi top trainers. They were delivered the next day, l have never had such quick excellent service for a long time. Really pleased with the service and love my new trainers

I called their 0845 number that is advertised on their website all day but was sent forever to the answer phone. Email to sales was unreplied. Anyway finally managed to speak to someone by calling one of their shops and by accident the boss picked up the call. I thought he probably would like to know this problem because it's of course affecting his customers (and business as a result) so I told him how difficult i as a customer had experienced. But guess what? He is not interested, even said, "you can't expecct us to get back to you immediately." Oh well, you don't deserve my time, nor my money
