I paid for the expedited shipping under the agreement that if it was there within a 5-7 business day period shipping was free, it was late and I shot them a email and the refunded the money no questions asked. Also, the mattress is awesome, super tough, and super quick to inflate.

Customer service is quick
Customer service is quick and responsive. Mattress and air pump were awesome. We fly with our gear and its light and packs small. The charge held all week but we didn't need to use it bc the mattress never lost air.

Very comfortable and fit my partner and I easily. I’m a stomach sleeper and my partner a side sleeper and we both had a great night sleep. The pump is good inflating it but would not deflate it fully, also due to the size it is a bit more time consuming to pack away.

Packing away the Double Mattress can be a little tricky the first couple of times simply because of its size. We've found the easiest method is to fully open the deflation valve and use the electric pump on the deflate setting to remove the remaining air while gently compressing the mattress. It becomes much quicker and easier once you've done it a few times.

I ordered the NorthPeak™ Ultralight…
I ordered the NorthPeak™ Ultralight Mattress Pro and it came as seen on the ad. It’s a good product with one exception - the deflating valve is very very hard to open. I had to use pliers to open it in order to deflate the mattress. Other than that, it’s a good product.

Such a great product. So comfortable. It really exceeded my expectations. I think the Northpeakgear company genuinely wants you to love the self inflating mattress and they followed up to ask about my experience which was 100% positive for the mattress and the service. Such a compact, handy and lightweight mattress. I even packed it into my suitcase for a trip as I’d rather sleep on it than on an uncomfortable bed!! Very happy and highly recommend.

An excellent sleeping pad that is thick and wide enough for a comfortable night's sleep. The built-in pillow is also a good size. Time will tell how well the pad holds up with regular use and over the years.

Great little beds.
It took a couple days longer than expected but that was a courier issue. Northpeak customer service (Ed) was really nice and helpful. The Beds themselves are great so far. Pack up nice and small - the little modern pumps do a great job too! I also like the horizontal bar pattern as opposed to the dimples on a standard air bed. Would recommend.

Amazing sleep
So I was worried because my girl doesn’t sleep good when we stay at hotels, she’s always saying that her bed at home is more comfortable. We spent two nights in the back of my van camping so I was worried she would not sleep good. I put my Northpeakgear mattresses on top of a 4” memory foam. She woke up that first morning telling me she had not slept that good in years. Guess we will be doing more van camping. Thanks for the amazing product!!!
