I purchased an S21 XP 270T. The 270TH/s and 13.4 J/TH efficiency were the main reason I was interested in this model. Had some initial setup questions, especially around getting everything configured correctly, but support was responsive. No shipping issues on my order.

I'm running multiple ASICs now and have purchased some of them from North Miner. The higher-hashrate machines obviously require proper electrical and cooling preparation, so I spent some time chekcing the specifications before ordering. Had a couple of small issues during setup, but everything is running properly now.

Bought a mixed bulk order including the new S23 series and some Z15 Pros. The actual hardware is great and performing exactly as advertised. My only critique is customer communication - no live support so it take a little longer than expected to get the guys online. Except that, they shipped my mining rigs on time. A soid hardware provider overall.

Solid bulk order experience

Just wrapped up a major hardware expansion for our facility, putting together a bulk order through North Miner that included a mix of the new S23 series and a few high efficiency X9 units.
Their sales team didn't ghost me, answered all my spec questions straight, and coordinate the freight shipping so everything landed palletized and secure without any missing parts or damaged hasboards.
Unboxed eveything, racked them up, and they've been stably out of the box with zero DOA issues. Good to see supplier keeping up with current gen stock and actually delivering on large orders. Will definitely be working with the guys again for our next phase.
