Nightmare experience!…

Dealing with returns with this company is a nightmare! The company sent an item in error, different from the one I had ordered, then tried to get me to keep the incorrect order with a refund of a fraction of the cost to avoid having to deal with returns.

The company claims to be Canadian, and it may well be, but its clothing will be sent from China, and if you wish to return something, they will try to negotiate you down to a fraction of the cost, or tell you you can return the item to their warehouse - IN CHINA. This is most definitely NOT good faith business practice, and I encourage no one to ever buy anything from this company. I have certainly learned my lesson. Terrible customer service!
