After ordering and paying for the DNA…
After ordering and paying for the DNA test I received it the next day. I did the test straight away and sent it back the same day. Received the results about 3 days later by email. They did say within 48hrs but to be fair it was over the Christmas and new year period so it was probably down to Royal Mail for the delay. If I'd got the result within the 48hr period I would have given 5 stars.

Avoid!!
I paid extra for the 24-hour express test service, but no results were received. Really stressful and disappointing, especially as I paid for a faster turnaround.
It’s misleading to email customers on a Friday saying results will be ready within 24 hours when nothing is processed over the weekend. No doubt when staff finally reply, they’ll say results aren’t processed then — but that should be made clear upfront.
A frustrating and stressful experience. I’d recommend using a more reliable, trusted company instead.
