Bad support
I tried the service many times; technically, the product is good and mainly reliable, but the customer support almost doesn't exist.
I have to send multiple messages to get an answer, and most of the time I have no answer at all.
It doesn't inspire trust.
The UX is not really good and confusing.
And nothing is there to help you build with AI:
- Hard to copy logs
- No MCP
- Old docs
