NORTHFACE don't care
I returned a jacket to the Northface shop Liverpool as the zip had broken and it was only six weeks old. They said I was two days out for a refund and would only offer a credit note because they did not have another jacket the same. I explained as have cancer I was ill last week and could not get out. My explanation made no difference and I was told I had to have a credit note. I have spent a lot of money in that store and I am so disappointed in their lack of understanding. So because I chose them I now have a credit note and no jacket because their product was faulty!
