Contacted Northern Renewables of Redcar early June 2025 to discuss a problem we were having with our Solar Installation. Northern Renewables not only sent an Engineer to assess our issues, but within 48 hours had found and rectified the fault. On our behalf the Engineer contact our energy supplier and advised them of the non-customer fault with our system. Not only was the Engineer an extremely talented Engineer but an amazing Ambassador to his company. We are extremely grateful to Northern Renewables for all the help they provided in rectifying the problem left by the original installer (the original installer appearing to be uninterested in our problem). We would have no hesitation in recommending Northern Renewables, not only as a renewables company, but as a company that takes customer care to another level. Thank you to Northern Renewables.

Matt has been brilliant start to finish.
He recommended the Solar Optimiser which gets max power generated out of the panels, then a control box to divert all spare power to heat our hot water. Both help to reduce our electricity bills.
Matt went 'round the houses' several times to find us a black framed poly panel in the size we need - he didn't give up and what we have is spot on.

Matt has done a real quality install, no short cuts, he's been tidy, polite and patient with us.
The system is working first time generating as predicted, no teething problems.
