Oh my. Where to start!
Very quick to arrive and not over-packaged.
I ordered two hoodies in a size medium (I’m female, 5’2” and a 12-14 in ladies sizes).
The fit is superb, the lower hem comes to around the top of my thighs. Plenty of room for the girls up top too.
The sleeves can be pushed up to the elbow without the cuff becoming too tight (a lot of cotton hoodies are restrictive) but the material used is very stretchy.
The fleece is of excellent quality. I have had a few Sherpa bits and pieces and this kicks them into the gutter. The pile is dense and close without being fluffy, as well as being beautifully stretchy too. It feels like I’m wearing a teddy bear.
Just ordered another hoodie for my partner or I will lose mine!

I now own 10 Sherpa Hoodies… all different colours and designs. The oldest is over 3years old and has been heavily used, BUT still going strong! They hold there shape perfectly after a million washes! These are my GO TO jumpers!
I’m comparing these to my £250 polartec TAD and Thrudark Hoodies and now I will only ever buy more of these!

Service/ postage ect is always perfect!

I love my trousers! Great material, great fit , and this company is always doing a fantastic job being up to date with the styles.

Absolutely scumbags, they send items out and give you fake addresses to send items back and refuse to pay you a refund. Clothing is also rubbish quality. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE OR YOU WILL GET CAUGHT LIKE I HAVE

We are used to cold weather here in Quebec, and I was sceptical about thiese Sherpas to start with , and now i absolutely love it! surprisingly warm and extremely comfortable. Easy to wash in a machine and looks great after every time.

Fast shipment, the quality is as good as promised and a great customer service.

Would highly recommend.

A Sherpa hoodie I ordered for a Christmas present has started to come away at the seem on the cuff. I have tried to message Northern Garms twice but have had no reply. Poor customer service and questionable quality as the hoodie has only been worn a handful of times and only washed once.

** I have received a response from Northern garms stating as this was purchased 2 months ago the cannot "assist" any further. I have replied to Northern Garms stating that faulty items, as per consumer law, have a 6 month window to be returned. With the onus being on the retailer to prove the item was not faulty. As explained to Northern Garms the item was purchased for a Christmas gift, worn only a small number of times and washed once. There should be no reason why the cuff would come away other than a faulty item being supplied.

I don’t normally take the time to give reviews for any company, but Northern Garms deserves nothing but high praise! Not only are their pieces incredibly comfortable, VERY well made and worth every penny, but their customer service is top-notch as well. I ordered a small and a medium just to make sure I was getting the correct fit, and Gavin made sure to get back to me much sooner than I was expecting, to let me know that I can definitely (and easily) switch out the size that doesn’t fit, for one that does. I always love finding new (to me) companies that make amazing products, because they’re few and far between these days, so when I do find one, I run with everything I can get my hands on. That all being said, I’m sure it comes as no surprise that I highly recommend you grab as many pieces as you can, bc it’s only the great brands that make limited runs of quality gear. Very well done!

Great comunication from the moment you order to the time its delivered, the app is clear and easy to use and the garments are comfortable and they fit well..i have just ordered my fourth item..northern garms are quickly becoming my go to clothing company

Ordered a second order of a Sherpa hoody. Yes pricey but it is very warm and of good quality. Washes well too. Had the delivery with the wrong colour despite invoice enclosed stating the right colour. Emailed customer service who explained next steps, sent me a postage label to return, communication was excellent and expressed me the correct colour as soon as I provided proof of return. Everyone makes mistakes but it’s the customer service and how they rectify it that makes a company a higher rating for me. So they get high stars for addressing the problem and rectifying it quickly, efficiently and without too much of inconvenience from me. The quality of the clothes are of a good standard so for me personally the price reflects the product. I wouldn’t pay anymore though.

Great Sherpas, received one as a Christmas gift and bought myself another before the new year. Also great customer service throughout purchases.

This is by far the best hoodies I bought. I was debating for sometime if I should get it but hands down. It’s the warmest yet comfiest clothing I ever bout. Will definitely purchase more in the future

Very good product materials used, in a high quality maner.

I was unsure about ordering as with any retailer advertised on social media I tend to be weary - especially given some negative reviews online.

My first order came really quickly and everything was as described: x2 jeans and a Sherpa. Both great quality and comfortable. My only criticism was the webbing on the jeans being a little too weak however that is not a dealbreaker for me.

I have ordered more jeans and another Sherpa and am awaiting their arrival however trust that the items will be a good standard!

Will order more items in future and hope to see them expand with their products.

Gavin was very helpful and the company were great to deal with.

I will certainly continue to shop at Northern Garms.
