Northener poor customer service

I ordered twice from this company and they’ve sent me the wrong pouches each time.
Then they want me to do their job for them by sending pics of what I received, what I wanted..
Very poor customer service avoid this company.

Don't use. Couriers have ruined this service.

I think they also own Haypp, but don't bother. I paid for the better option of UPS delivery, and no that everything needs to be signed for, the drivers don't even bother to ring the door bell anymore. Even on redeliveries you've set up. Totally useless. This is after using Haypp with DPD who after 3 occasions took a photo of "my front door" they tried. Hint, it wasn't my front door.

In hindsight I wish I would have read…

In hindsight I wish I would have read the new reviews first.
A shady company at best. I placed rather large orders for american chewing tobacco three times over the course of maybe four years. Not a single shipment arrived. Due to lack of transparancy in the shipping process it was not possible to reconstruct the whereabouts of the shipment. Customer support doesn‘t really do anything exept tell you to wait.
Maybe it‘s my fault for having ordered AGAIN, but the new website explicitly stated shipping worldwide so I assumed improvements had been made. This is not the case. This company is as bad as ever! I strongly advise you to NOT do business with them.

bad customer service

Ive been ordering from northener.com for 2 from the UK, all of a sudden I cant order anything as is keeps asking for proof of age and won't accept my details, have asked what the problem is and don't get much response. Northener have now deleted my account of which was close to becoming a silver member,which in turn I would have received discounts'. I would rather slice my face off turn it around and wear it for Halloween than order from these disloyal beeps.
