Excellent comany
I approached Chris with an ongoing issue with my 10 year old doors, (purchased from another company). I was prepared to replace them however Chris and his team have adjusted them and they are now working smoother than they ever did.
Not only was he honest enough not to take my money and replace the doors but Chris has also refused payment for fixing them. I can't believe the kindness from a complete stranger! I will 100% be replacing my doors with North East bifold in the future. THANK YOU!!

First class manufacturer - and best of all, local.
Quotation was not only quick and easy, but very reasonable. After going to the showroom to look at the options, the team came out to measure up accurately.
Emails and queries were responded to immediately, nothing was too much trouble. On the day of fitting the team arrived slightly earlier than the appointed time, and the doors installed quickly and efficiently. After fitting I emailed to ask whether another handle could be fitted - they came later that morning to fit one. All in all, an outstanding team and excellent customer relations.
