Unprofessional and irresponsible agent
This company let and was supposed to manage my property.. The tenant, who was the daughter of a personal firend of one of the agents was a drug addict who paid no rent for the 5 months she lived there. She finally vacated after a court order was taken out, leaving the property trashed with thousands of pounds of damage. When I complained to the company they took no responsibility and also let another property to the same tenant who cost me somewhere in the region of £5000 in unpaid rent and damages.
In my opinion and personal experience this company has acted unprofessionally, negligently and irrresponsibly and I seriously urge you not to let your property with them.
