I ordered a surf rack for three boards and installed it on the wall a few days ago. One of my longboards just fell to the ground in front of me because the bracket broke, and as a result, I got a nasty ding right before I was supposed to go surfing today. Luckily, one of my dogs wasn't walking underneath at the same time... Also, when you see how small the screws and wall plugs that come with the kit are compared to the size of the rack and the weight of three longboards, it's really not surprising. First and last time for me with Northcore.

I purchased the NorthCore board bag in size 6’4, expecting it to fit my 6’4 board. It doesn’t, the bag is too small once the fins are on, even though other brands like FCS or DaKine make a 6’4 bag that easily fits a 6’4 board with fins. This is misleading advertising and very disappointing.

The quality of the bag itself feels cheap and nowhere near the standard you’d expect for the price. When I tried to return it, I had to pay for the return shipping myself, which only added to the frustration. Customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond, matching the poor quality of the product.

I strongly recommend avoiding this brand. There are far better options out there with accurate sizing, better build quality, and much more professional customer service.

I bought the hibiscus van seat cover. After 5 months it's ripped badly along the seam and fabric on seat has worn thin. The material is definitely not tough, and hasn't lasted. No response from customer services , which is really disappointing. Won't buy again

Brilliant service and super fast delivery

Very well made and sturdy seat cover with good waterproofing.Being universal fit it is rather looser than I would have liked but its easy to put on and take off when I'm not working as a gardener.
