Low quality products and dishonest return policy

Stay away!
The products they offer are just cheap and poorly built. The vaccum cleaner is decent, but not worth the price.
The real issue is their decieving return policy: they stall the return process, offering discounts instead of accepting the return. If you insist, they force you to ship the return to China, despite they state that returns in Germany are to be shipped to a German warehouse.
Just a bunch of Chinese scammers!
Spend your money elsewhere.
