Customer service was great at resolving an incorrect item being sent and replaced it free of charge. Lovely products and decent quality, only a star less as the jewellery arrives in a nice custom bag... See more

Ordered two items at the same time neither arrived
Ordered two items at the same time, a pendant and earrings. They were shipped separately (to EU) and *neither* arrived.
There was also a customs charge I didn't expect. I paid that and now I'm trying to arrange a refund of this as well.
I was refunded for the items but that's not good enough to give them a second chance, perhaps if even one item had showed up I might have.
The pendant was a birthday present and cost €100, so this was a rubbish experience all round.

FAKE Sterling Silver
I bought the GERI AND FREKI WOLF HEAD TORC BRACELET - STERLING SILVER bracelet as a gift for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. I really wish I had read the reviews on the Norsegarde site more carefully. The bracelet was surprisingly shiny and had a different feel and luster to my sterling silver jewelry. I took the bracelet to a gold and silver exchange I’ve gone to before to get it appraised. The bracelet turned out to be 100% STAINLESS STEEL. Totally no silver. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this or noticed it, but my boyfriend’s torc from Norsegarde didn’t have a stamp to indicate it was silver. Basically I paid over $200 for an item I can get on Amazon for under $20. I went back to look at the reviews on the Norsegarde site itself. I seriously doubt from their wording any of them are legit. Some examples: “ Excellent quality ( only silve recomended) Very good look. I took my bracelet for sailing trip and first time since many years did get any problems” “ What I’m impressed me with Norsegarde products are not only their affordable selections but their craftsmanship exceeds my expectations.” “ Very satisfied with purchase, bracelet is very good and feels of good weight. Very affirdable for the amount of silver in this bracelet”. I’m not upset about the product being mass produced or from China, but it’s definitely not right to claim a product is created with a precious metal when it’s actually stainless steel- or in this case stainless steal since they basically stole my money with a product that was falsely advertised.

Amazing Quality
I didn’t know my size rings and the customer service was very kind and helpful. The shipping came in fast and the quality of the rings is really great! The rings fit perfectly the material is beautiful ! :)
Beautifully crafted and presented item…
Beautifully crafted and presented item that arrived just in time for my son's 40th birthday. He loved it and now wears it all the time.
Great item, but where did it come from?
The item arrived in great VikingR style, well made.
Only confusion was the amount of addresses, said it was made in Ukraine (or near due to war), company email had Canada as an address, and the delivery notifications showed the item coming from China. ???
Very confusing, either way the Torq is great and has not left my wrist since it arrived. Good quality and OK speed of delivery.
Not quite as expected
I didn't post the bracelet on to my son, for whom it was intended, as I felt it looked cheap and tacky. I suppose I can't complain, as it was, indeed, relatively cheap. I have since wondered about buying the silver version, but that is currently beyond my budget. Stainless steel seemed more appropriate as a material, anyway. It's the brassy colouring or plating that makes it look tacky, I think. I expected it all to be, well, steel-coloured. It's still sitting on top of my chest of drawers while I think about what to do with it.

Eye Catching and well made.
Beautifully made, surprised at the detail of the Thor's hammer because of the size of the piece. The cord is well woven and I believe it will last a long time. It took a while to arrive only because of the Canada post strike. It was hard to give it away as a Christmas gift!
So so small
It was so small it would only fit a child. Too difficult to send back.

An absolutely wonderful site for…
An absolutely wonderful site for beautiful looking pieces. All finely made and hand crafted, I've liked every piece and now purchased a sapphire and garnet ring which looks incredible. Very happy with my purchases.
Great service and quality 👏
Dear reader,
This company has an excellent service. I ordered an item which got "lost" by the Dutch post service (PostNL).
I contacted Norsegarde's customer service and they where very polite and sent me another item.
I've received the new item and the quality is great, I am very satisfied and wil order again.
The «Handcrafted Odin's Ravens Gemmed…
The «Handcrafted Odin's Ravens Gemmed Band - Sterling Silver» is the second ring I have bought from Norsgarde (probably not the last).
I love this ring, it is well made, comfortable to wear and the design is very pretty.
It’s width is 3 mm. and I think it might be a good idea to include the width of rings in the descriptions.
Many thanks to the employees in the workshop, and also to Customer Care people who are very helpful.

Broken already :(
Had my Black Braided Necklace with Lobster Claw Buckle for around a month now and it has already broken. Would no reccomended this company, seems cheaply made.
They got my order wrong

Great customer service
Great customer service. I have bought 2 items from norsegarde - a braclet for my brother which he loved, and very expensive odins hammer for my partner. Delivery issues with the hammer! - the carrier, not norsegarde. DPD left it at pick up point and did not notify me abd it disapeared into the ether. Norsegarde Customer services were brilliant - they replied to my query emails very promptly, and sorted the problem out. Eventually providing a replacement sent by another carrier. Partner got xmas present a but late but was very impressed with his hammer which will sit in pride of place in his workshop Well done all at norsegarde and thank you
