We had such an amazing experience at the Norma Reid (Oshawa location). We came back twice and each time Alyssa was the most helpful with finding styles and colours we liked. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable in every dress. I cannot thank her enough for the time she spent on me helping getting dress on and off until I found the one! If you’re looking for a prom dress you should definitely come to Norma Reid Oshawa!

Im here am at Norma Reed Oshawa Centre and oh my goodness we just had the best experience. I was picking out a pageant dress for the first time ever and had no idea where to start. Luckily, Diane was there to give me all the pointers and was fully responsible for picking my winning dress🤩 Honestly I have never felt more beautiful in the dresses and gowns here, I feel like princess! Thank you Diane and Norma Reed!!

We found the perfect grade 8 grad dress! The staff were extremely helpful and made the experience relaxing and positive. They brought out lots of dress options and jewellery and didn't rush us. It was the best dress shopping experience we have ever had!

We had the best experience here shopping for a prom dress. Diana and Sheryah both helped us and we had a great time. Diana found the perfect dress for us and Sheryah stayed with us the whole time and gave such great advice. I also saw that the other women working here were also so helpful and happy and obviously love their jobs. What an absolute pleasure to shop here and I could not recommend it more strongly.

Amazing costumer service. Sheryah and Sanzala were helpful, polite and friendly love all the dresses. The dress my daughter picked is so beautiful. I would definitely recommend anyone to go to the Oshawa location for your daughters grade 8 graduation or your daughter's prom.
