I am not satisfied with Norlys.
Because I bought AirPods Max from Talia on December 5, 2024. They took the money more. I complained to customer service. She told me that she would transfer my money back to my account. But I still haven't received my money back

I was promised a certain expiry data on my internet which I then planned for. They informed me twice that it will expire end of then month, so I planned accordingly. Norlys then suddenly cuts my connection 22 days early with less than an hours notice...
Update: after Norlys contacted me below I got an email that I oved them money. Contacting them It turned out they had made yet another mistake in their systems/process...
So now I have no internet in my house and have to find alternatives last minute ... What a shitty service.

Norlys has the best app and the most reliable service. I tried 4 different companies last year and it was clear to me that Norlys has the best app and I trust their payment system.

I can´t set the automatic payment with card. Even though it is selected in the website, it does not work. They even tried to charge me a fee for that.

As long as everything works, there is no problem. But the moment you have a question or an issue, it feels like no one actually takes responsibility or properly looks into your case.
Instead of receiving a clear and helpful response, I got generic answers that did not address my situation at all.
It gives the impression that customer care stops as soon as a real problem arises.
Not what I expected.
