If I could rate this minus stars I would. It’s a scam, a total scam. This is a scam company. They send a small note in the post and attach shipping details to it and mark as delivered.

As with others, I placed an order through this website via an Instagram ad. Nothing has been received, and now the website has disappeared. Normally I would check reviews but didn't on this occasion so am kicking myself that I have been scammed.

Do not trust complete scam.. I was taken in like others here and got the padded envelope.. reminder to do due diligence before buying anything online not just instagram

Same issue as everyone else. I received a piece of paper in a satchel instead of a chair and their website is not up anymore

Same as the reviews below. Website looked legit. I had tracking details & when it was delivered today the courier said it was in the mailbox. Not sure how an office chair would be in a mailbox. Instead, it was just the satchel. Went to contact the website/shopify account and they are gone.
Contacted the bank today. Hopefully I can get my money back. You can't trust Instagram ads, No matter how legit they look.

The same issue as other purchasers. I received a small padded bag with an A4 piece of paper folded in 4 with no company logo, no website, no names signed off at the bottom of the letter. Now the website does not exist, there are no responses to emails and zero recourse with the company itself. Today I am starting action with my bank and will lodge a formal notification with the ACCC here in Australia.

Scam!! Advertised as a legitimate business on instagram but they take your money and disappear. Got a random tiny envelope with a piece of paper in the mail saying the product was on the way and now the website is completely gone. I blame instagram for allowing this shady fake business to promote on their platform.

Just like the rest... I received a tiny padded post bag package with a printed letter inside that said.. Your order is on it's way. This letter had NOTHING else in it.. not an order number, nor a picture, nor company name... it felt very distressing. I immediately figured it was regarding the chair as it was the only item I had due and I knew from that moment I had been scammed. This would be the way that they "fulfil" an order so that you can track it & they can defend themselves for a period of time saying it was "delivered" until they remove the website.

It's unbelievable to think you can't even shop online anymore. Nothing is safe.

Ordered 12th July, received the Monday -Wednesday 30th July the letter & upon checking... website gone.

$100.00 gone.

They sent a tracking number which I thought was for the item but all that arrived was a letter saying I should ‘rest assured’ that the office chair would arrive. Once I received the letter I sent a complaint email which had no response. The website has now disappeared and I am disputing with my bank

Scam! Received a small envelope instead of the item I purchased. The envelope had a letter to say ‘thank you for your order’ and it has now all been marked as delivered. Pursuing this with my bank. Avoid!
