Looked around for a garden trailer, and while not the cheapest, it offered the size that others didn't (for not a huge amount more).

Sent an email just to double check dimensions, but this wasn't answered. So rang up, they were apologetic and answered the questions (so sometimes just pick up the phone rather than email). Ordered on a Friday afternoon, despatched on the Monday, delivered on Tuesday. Always good when a company uses a decent courier to deliver!! Good product, which I think is their own, so all in all, very happy. Easy to deal with, and quick to deliver, so no complaints.

Ordered a Replacement Catcher Bag for my Lawn Sweeper on 24th April, 2025. The item arrived on 2nd May, 2025 even though it still shows on the website “The Order is Processing”. Item as described. Competitively Priced including Postage.

A few years back I bought a trailer for my dad from Norfolk Tools. He stored it in a damp garage and the assembly instructions stuck together.
Norfolk Tools were very kind and sent me a new set, it was clear they had taken the time and trouble to open up a box, scan the instructions and email them to me.
Top customer service, would definitely use again.
