I cannot praise this company highly enough
I cannot praise this company highly enough! The customer service from first contact was superb, brilliant communication with very swift response times.
Our replacement tank was installed during a day of heavy rain and the site presented problems which were unknown to everyone prior to the day.
Not fazed at all the 2 young men worked through the most challenging conditions, finally completing the job after dark.
Our thanks to them and all involved at Norfolk Tanks!!

I would highly recommend Norfolk Tanks,,,the service has been excellent …new tank put in place by Steve and Rick who worked extremely hard in the warm weather!.very neat and tidy work…very helpful, friendly and did a great job…many thanks,,

VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP
VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP, causing expensive DAMAGE to my boiler.
My tank had leaked water so needed replacing. Norfolk Tanks installed the new tank satisfactorily, although they told me on the day they had replaced the external pipes as well, and later said they had not (they hadn’t , so LIED). They also left a LEAK! They also were paid to empty the oil, separate out the water and replace oil free water to the new tank. They said they had done this , (in a suspiciously short time), and left. My boiler , which had been fully serviced and was working well, just awaiting fuel, worked for 2 hours then broke. The boiler engineer found that WATER IN THE OIL had broken 2 pumps and it cost > £1000 to repair.
Norfolk Tanks refused to acknowledge that they had done anything wrong , despite the clear evidence. They responded in a bullying and aggressive way that was shocking. I will be pursuing this because it was so horrendous.

At the time of installation, you personally signed off on the work, confirming your satisfaction with the installation of the tank and water removal.
Upon arrival, the boiler was already non-functional due to water contamination, from which we removed approximately 300 litres.
Your initial contact after the installation was a request for discount for being a NHS worker, which later changed to claims of boiler damage days after refusal.
While we understand that issues can arise, we stand by the accuracy of our records and the quality of our work. We are always open to discussing any concerns in a constructive and professional manner.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority, as reflected in our 5-star Feefo rating from 246 reviews and our Platinum Trusted Service Award.
We take great pride in delivering a professional service at a fair price.

First class experience from start to…
First class experience from start to finish. From being noticed I had a split in my tank I put in an enquiry with Norfolk Tanks. I had a call back within an hour and a site visit in less than two. The work was completed neatly and without fuss despite pump out and new base being required. Great crew and a very good company to deal with.
